I’m excited to announce the roll out of “Kendrick ‘Nastics Fitness” a NEW Adult Fitness Program!

 

Whether you're looking to improve your strength, increase flexibility, boost your energy, or simply find a fun way to stay active, our dynamic blend of adult classes are designed for all fitness levels.

 

Our Adult Fitness Classes Include:

Full-body strength and conditioning

Flexibility and mobility training

Cardio workouts

Core stability and balance exercises

Our summer class schedule combines the best of:

Pilates – Strengthen your core and learn to connect your mind, body and breath.

Calisthenics – Build functional strength using your own body weight.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) – Burn calories, increase stamina, and maximize results in less time.

Yoga – Improve flexibility, balance, mobility, and reduce stress.

Bootcamp – Challenge yourself with motivating, full-body workouts that deliver real results.
