Registration for the Fall Session is now open

Class Scheduling:

The following classes will be offered this year at Kendrick. Please note that ages included are a guideline for beginner level participants. If your child was placed in an intermediate/advanced level class last semester, they would continue at that level this fall.

Saturday Classes-

9-10am: Beginner Movement (2yr-5yr)

10-11am: Beginner Ballet (5yr-7yr)

11-12pm: Beginner Tap (5yr-9yr)

12-1pm: Beginner Musical Theater (6yr-9yr)

1-2pm: Int/Adv Ballet

2-3pm: Int/Adv Tap

3-4pm: Int/Adv Jazz/Musical Theater

All classes will begin Saturday, September 18. Students are required to wear proper shoes for each class. This year we are once again unable to utilize our shoe donation bin due to covid safety measures, so please plan ahead if you plan on signing your child up for dance. Students are welcome to wear any comfortable clothing which is easy for them to move around in, with tights and a leotard welcome, but not required.

Class Payments:

Fall classes are $85 each. This is a flat fee per class which covers the entire semester.

You do not need to pay for your classes in full at our registration night! Classes may be paid upfront or in installments throughout the semester.

Classes must be paid by either cash or check. Please make all checks payable to Kendrick Advisory Council.

Registration night will be held Wednesday, September 1 from 5pm to 7pm at Kendrick Recreation Center.  I understand this information is late getting out and that not everyone is able to attend in-person sign-ups that week, so please feel free to email me if you are interested in signing your child up for classes but are unable to make it to registration night. I will happily add your child's name to our class roster. If you are receiving this email you are a returning family, and you are more than welcome to skip the registration night entirely and collect the necessary paperwork at your child's first class.

Covid Safety Protocols:

Kendrick Recreation Center and the Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Department are continuing to follow all recommended state and CDC guidelines pertaining to covid safety measures in order to keep your children safe. All parents whose children have signed up for classes will have covid safety guidelines sent to them prior to classes starting on September 18. Those guidelines will also be available for our registration night on September 1 should you wish to look through that information earlier. Please note that I will be in close contact with any and all changes as our semester progresses.

$10 Registration Fee for all new students
